hosta: variegated sun

Description

When I moved to Florida, I brought with me a bunch hostas and pacchysandra. Little did I know, neither grew down here and they suffered a quick death… all of them. Twenty years later, I am back in love with hostas. Sure, we don’t have the varieties northerns have the luxury of growing, but at least I can enjoy the one variety that successfully grows here. I have several. A few I had to move because lubbers were eating them… but transplanting them resolved the problem. I grow them in morning sun and they are very happy.
